Am I Having an Elopement or Destination Wedding?

Elopements & Intimate Weddings are more personal, often involving fewer guests, minimal decorations, and focus on activities that celebrate the two of you. These are typically held in smaller venues or outdoor spaces like National Parks.

Destination Weddings on the other hand, tend to be larger in scale with more guests and a traditional feel. These weddings often take place at a venue that accommodates family and friends on-site, requiring flights or travel for attendees.

3 hours or 12 - we’ll build a customized timeline for you two to have the best day of your lives.

How many hours do I need?

However long you book us, we’ll be sure to give you a wide diversity of images in your final gallery. A four hour day could mean a first look, ceremony, quick family photos, and some time for us to sneak away for beautiful portraits of you two. OR it could mean a sweet elopement & ceremony in the mountains with your two very best friends (and us!). We’ll work together to create a great experience.

~ 3 Hour:

For all you straight to the point minimalists! Bridal Portraits + Family + Ceremony

~ 6 Hour:

~ 8 Hour:

The biggest difference between a 6 & 8 hour day comes down to your timeline. Maybe you want more time for getting ready photos or your first look!

~ 12 Hour:

Early morning sunrise, couple hour break in the middle of the day, back again for afternoon > night.

This is good for couples who want to take it slow, we won’t be photographing every second the entire day (unless you want that) but this gives us, as artists, a very special look into your lives & provides loooaadssss of time to slow down, capture you how you naturally connect with each other, and leaves a lot of time for different locations + adventures, or it could mean a dinner reception Friday night & a 10 hour day Saturday for EVERYTHING from getting ready > first look > family portraits > dinner toasts > cake cutting > dancing + desserts.

if you end up wanting us for more time on your big day, we are more than happy to stay!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Currently Northern Utah, but we’ll travel to you wherever you are! Some of our favorite locations are Oregon, Southern California, Idaho, Montana and Colorado!

  • Our travel fees are built into our packages. Any travel fees - gas, hotel, airfare, rental car - are covered under this. All Travel Rates are based out of distance from Salt Lake City, Utah.

  • Yep! For all of our add-on prices, sessions, and weddings they do include tax already. Travel Fees subject to tax (airfare, hotel fees) are included in our package pricing.

  • All bookings require a 40% upfront non-refundable retainer, any applicable travel fees & signed contract in order to confirm & reserve your time with us. The retainer is non-refundable.

  • Personally, I say roll with it!! We love it when an unexpected rainstorm comes through! However, if we need to reschedule we can find another day that we are both available, your retainer would transfer to the new date.

  • We’ve found that when we put limits on reaching a certain number of images it doesn’t allow us to act creatively & foster a deep working relationship with our Clients.

That being said - we do guarantee minimum 50 photos per hour. Typically we end up with around 125+ for Sessions & 800+ for wedding/elopements.

  • All of our wedding services include a second shooter. You’ll get both Bryan & I! For Sessions, it’s upon request. It’s really great to have a second, because you’re able to get SO much more of those little details throughout the day.

  • For any locations requiring a permit, you would be responsible for the cost

  • We do not provide any RAW Images or unedited work

  • For Sessions, 2-3 weeks after your shoot

For weddings/elopements, 6-8 weeks after your wedding

  • Yep! The remainder of your payment after the retainer is paid is due 6 weeks before your wedding, and 2 weeks before Sessions. Extended payment plans are available

  • We’ll take out the little stuff, maybe someone was walking by right when we took the photo, and their shoe is in the corner. We make sure to position you where the background is ideal and there’s not extra items laying around. Essentially, I believe in documenting your day, as it is. Because when you’re 50, 60 years old together and reminiscing on your gallery, you might laugh about how uncle billy had photobombed that photo with your parents & when you look at the photo - you hear your fathers’ signature belly laugh again, and the way your mother exclaimed because she wasn’t expecting it. These moments can really mean so much later in life.

  • We love sending sneak peaks when possible! Often, we are able to!

  • Yep! Just let me know what you need, we’ll see what we can do!

  • Our prices are firm
